About M1 Tesbol
M1 Tesbol (17α Methyl 1-Testosterone) is the methylated version of the steroid 1-Testosterone. This structural modification enhances oral bioavailability by preventing rapid breakdown in the liver.
Once available legally in the U.S. (now banned but still accessible in some regions), it earned a reputation as one of the most potent prohormone/steroid products, though also known for numerous side effects and limited long-term safety data.
Properties
- Does not aromatize to estrogen.
- Highly anabolic and moderately androgenic.
- Compared to methyltestosterone, it is 910–1600% as anabolic and 100–220% as androgenic.
Reported Side Effects
- Lethargy (mild to severe).
- Increased blood pressure, bloating, joint pain, and cramps.
- Mild headaches, insomnia, aggressiveness, and irritability.
- Decreased appetite (may be beneficial or harmful depending on goals).
- Hepatotoxicity: poses liver toxicity risks similar to other methylated steroids.
Precautions
To minimize side effects:
- Reduce dosage or split into smaller, more frequent doses.
- Avoid alcohol and other liver-toxic substances.
- Support liver health with supplements such as milk thistle, alpha-lipoic acid, or N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC).
